แนวคิดในการเปิดสาขาใหม่ของมหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ดก็เช่นกัน เราคิดว่าผู้บริหารยุคใหม่มีความรู้การบริหารเชิงธุรกิจอย่างเดี่ยวไม่เพียงพอ จะต้องมีความรู้ทางด้านการบริหารเทคโนโลยีที่ลึกซึ้งเพียงพอด้วย จึงจะเป็นผู้บริหารในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศได้สำเร็จ

มหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ดจึงขอประกาศหลักสูตรใหม่ที่ทันสมัยสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการเตรียมพร้อมเป็น Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology  Officer  หรือ Chief Executive Officer สำหรับธุรกิอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีในอนาคตดังนี้ : (เดือนเมษายน)

นอกจากเรียนวิชาบริหารธุรกิจเป็นพื้นฐานแล้วยังมีการเรียนวิชาด้านการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการบริหารการวิศวกรรมอย่างลึกซึ้งด้วยประสบการณ์ของของคณาจารย์ผู้สอนซึ่งจบปริญญาเอกและมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานทางเทคโนโลยีมากกว่า 10 ปี ขึ้นไป มาแลกเปลี่ยนถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์

ในอนาคตประมาณเดือนทมิถุนายน ก็จะมีโครงการเปิดสอนออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาที่ไม่มีเวลาเข้าเรียนในห้องเรียน จะเรียนที่ไหน เวลาใดก็ได้ทั่วโลก ภายใต้ Stamford Cyber University หรือมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์แสตมฟอร์ด ซึ่งจะเปิดสาขาดังนี้:-
